Miscellaneous information.

Consent To Processing in the United States. By providing any Personal Data to this Debmar Mercury Affiliate Site, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to the transfer of such Personal Data to, and the collection and processing of such Personal Data in, the United States, and all users, including, without limitation, users in the member states of the European Union, fully understand and unambiguously consent to this Privacy Policy and to the collection, storage and processing of such information in the United States.

Sharing Information. Debmar Mercury does not buy or sell consumer information. We use and disclose information as explained in this policy and as required by law. In certain instances we may need to disclose user information to third parties relating to contest/sweepstakes requirements and/or winner verification. In this case, the user is given the option to receive additional materials from these companies. You have the choice to either accept or decline the invitation.

California Privacy Rights. A California resident having provided any personal information to a business with whom s/he has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes ("California User") is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third-parties’ direct marketing purposes. Removal of Information Pertaining to Children Under 13 Years of Age. Children under the age of 13 that are unknowingly registered on the Debmar Mercury Affiliate Site are in violation of this Agreement. Parents (including legal guardians) of children who have registered on the Site in violation of the Agreement and who wish to terminate their child’s registration must use their child’s user name and password (User ID) to gain direct access to the account, and select "EDIT ACCOUNT" or alternatively, you can send us an email to the Site’s Privacy Administrator and provide us with your child’s User ID and request to terminate your child’s account and registration. We will not allow direct access to a user’s account and Personal Data by any person without the user’s User ID. (Please see above for how to change your preferences or the information associated with your account.) If a parent does not have his or her child’s User ID, the parent will be required to send an email to the Privacy Administrator that includes the parent’s name, address, telephone and email ad-dress, in addition to the child’s name and email address as registered on the Site, plus the child’s date of birth. The parent must also provide verifiable identification that they are the parent of the ineligible child. DEBMAR MERCURY will send a confirming email to the parent via the email address provided to verify that the parent wishes to terminate his or her child’s ac-count and registration. The parent must then confirm by sending a reply email to the designated return address. DEBMAR MERCURY then will terminate the child’s account but will notify the child of the termination request via email and will identify the name, address and email address of the person making the request.

Revisions to Privacy Policy. By using the Debmar Mercury Affiliate Site, you signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended and/or revised at any time. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. Debmar Mercury reserves the right to change and/or amend this policy at any time without notification, which Debmar Mercury may provide to you by any reasonable means including, but not limited to, posting the revised policy on the Debmar Mercury Affiliate Site.
